File a Claim

GuideOne Claims

All claims for GuideOne Insurance Companies will be administered by GuideOne Insurance Claims. MiniCo Insurance acts as a claims facilitator and advocate for our brokers and insureds.

Submit GuideOne Insurance policy claims directly to GuideOneClaims:

When submitting a claim, please include an ACORD Loss form (preferred) or the policy number, name and address of the insured, and information about the loss details and involved parties including:

• Accident date, time, and location
• A brief description of accident
• Name and contact information of the person reporting the accident
• The main insured’s contact and contact information, including office and cell phone numbers

Once a claim is filed, you may contact GuideOne Insurance to receive your claim number and adjuster information.

GuideOne Loss Run Requests

Send all GuideOne loss run requests to lossruns@guideone.com. Please include the following information with your request:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Named insured, policy number(s), and policy period(s)

HDI Global Claims

Submit claims related to HDI Global and International Insurance Company of Hannover policies directly to North American Risk Services (NARS):

Include an ACORD Loss form (preferred) or the policy number, name and address of the insured, and as much information about the loss details and involved parties as possible. Remember to include contact information such as your name, address, phone numbers, and email address. An adjuster will review the claim information you provided and will reach out to you directly with next steps.

HDI Global Loss Run Requests

Forward HDI Global and International Insurance Company of Hannover loss run requests to:
lossruns@narisk.com or call 800-315-6090. Please include the following information:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Named insured, policy number(s), and policy period(s)

QBE Claims

For all QBE claims (Clarendon America Insurance Company, Praetorian Specialty Insurance Company, QBE Specialty Insurance Company, and Praetorian Insurance Company), the following applies:

• QBE handles all prior and new claims. MiniCo Insurance (previously NIF Claims Services and HDR Insurance Services) has transferred all contractor claims to QBE.
• Forward all loss notices and other documents related to claims directly to QBELossRuns@enstargroup.com.
• QBE will send a letter to the insured, broker, and claimant, advising them of the adjuster handling the claim file.

For expedited service on all new QBE claim inquiries, call 800-362-5448 and follow the prompts provided. To speak to someone directly regarding an existing claim, enter extension 603325. Be sure to mention that you have an existing MiniCo Insurance (or NIF or HDR) claim.
